On December 4, the "2025 Forum on Chinese Economy - Ending and Beginning: Discussing Suggestions for the '15th Five-Year Plan'" was successfully held in Shanghai. This forum is hosted by the SDRF, co-organized by the Shanghai Lingang Economic and Financial Research Institute (preparatory), and JunHe LLP is the supporting unit. Experts conducted in-depth discussions on topics such as the conclusion of the 14th Five-Year Plan, the macro deployment of the 15th Five-Year Plan, structural reforms, consumption-driven growth, and financial support for high-quality development.
Liu Shijin, former deputy director of the Development Research Center of the State Council and deputy director of the Economic Committee of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, delivered a keynote speech titled "Strengths, Weaknesses, Strategies and Structural Reforms of Economic Growth During the 15th Five-Year Plan Period." Subsequently, Qiao Yide, vice chairman and secretary-general of SDRF, hosted a roundtable discussion. Panelists include Wang Han, chief economist of Industrial Securities, Xia Chun, vice president of the Hong Kong Institute of International Finance, Yu Bo, chief macro analyst of Changjiang Securities, and Qian Jun, executive dean of the School of International Finance at Fudan University.
