Recently, Secretary General Yide Qiao visited relevant departments of the Central Government, followed by the annual meetings of the IMF and the World Bank in the United States, and visited think tanks and associations such as the Peterson Institute for International Economics, the Institute for New Economic Thinking, the US-China Business Council and the Center for Strategic and International Studies. On May 14, SDRF held a small symposium, and Secretary General Qiao gave an internal briefing on the policies of relevant departments, the US presidential election, Sino-US relations, and the US economy. The participating entrepreneurs, experts and scholars, and investors in the industry then discussed hot issues of economic and financial affairs and international current affairs.
